Mooreadvice in Partnership with Comnavig on the Contact Centers in Public Sector
Workshop
Globally the use of ICT tools in governance over citizenry has become a sin qua non. At the recently concluded Workshop, Comnavig, the event organizers in partnership with CCSNL, Resourcery, CWG, Alpha and Mooreadvice organized the contact center workshop to sensitize Nigerians on the need to look at strategic human process and technical dimensions underpinning Contact center based service delivery in the Nigerian Public Sector.
Participants at the workshop includes staff of: FRSC, NUC, National Commission of Colleges of Education NCCE, VON, FMIC, NACA ,Consumer Protection Commission CPC, Abuja Police Command, National Bureau of Statistics, NERC, PHCN Ibadan, Port Harcourt and Abuja, NAFDAC, NAN, National Copyright Commission (NCC), NFVCB, NAICOM, National ID Management Commission, SERVICOM, National Library of Nigeria, CBN among others participated; showed that with a government policy supporting the deployment of Contact centers, Nigeria might still get to the promise land.
