The Employers liability policy provides compensation in respect of employees for bodily injuries or death by accident in the course of employment. The benefits provided are as stated hereunder:

DEFINITIIONS Earnings Basic Salary and all allowances of a regular nature including but not limited to Housing, Transport, Lunch, Overtime etc. and other special remunerations including bonuses.
Medical Medical Expenses (including operation fees, Cost of medicine , Surgical appliances and hospital or nursing home charges) necessarily incurred and expended in connection with any injury by accident within the meaning of the policy.
Permanent Disability Permanent disability from engaging in any portion of the employees occupation.
Temporary Total Disability Disablement from engaging in or giving attention to any portion of insured’s ordinary profession.
